Lady Stoneheart

Soften the dark and bitter notes of Punt e Mes with a nice long pour of Mermosa Bubbles in our take on the cocktail created by San Diego's Polite Provisions. 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Punt e Mes
  • 1/4 cup Simple Syrup
  • 12 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Mermosa Bubbles, for serving
  • Orange twists, for garnish

Instructions

Combine Punt e Mes, simple syrup and bitters in a pitcher and refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Pour 3/4 - 1 oz of mixture into cocktail glasses filled with ice. Top with 2-3 ounces of Mermosa Bubbles and garnish with an orange twist.
