Grown-Up Strawberry Float

We've found the perfect way for you to cool off with a delicious grown-up version of a strawberry float made with Mermosa's Mersecco.

Ingredients:

• 1 scoop Strawberries & Cream Ice Cream (or Strawberry Gelato)
• 3-4 oz. Mersecco
• Strawberries for garnish

Instructions:

Place one scoop of ice cream or gelato in a pretty glass. Top with Mersecco. The drink will fizz up a bit, so add Mersecco slowly. Cut into the bottom of the strawberry to place over the side of your glass & serve.
