Lone Star Sparkler

Like a little kick? Try combining bourbon and ginger syrup with our Mersecco and add a little spice to your day.


  • 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
  • 2 oz Pear Puree
  • 3/4 oz Ginger Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Mersecco


Combine all ingredients except for Mersecco and shake well in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a glass over ice. Top with Mersecco. To add a little mermaid glamour, garnish with a little ginger or star anise.
